Taking high-performance corporate teams to the next level through online team building experiences.

Sky

“Our team had an extremely positive experience working with Josh and going on this adventure. I’ve learned a lot more about my team and the importance of working as a team to complete one mission.”

Jalen M. Studio Utility, EA

This isn’t your first rodeo with Dungeons and Dragons.

You love the game.

You get the hype.

And you’ve experienced the benefits, such as developing interpersonal skills and deepening your relationships.

But as a corporate team building game? Well, you’ve got reservations…

… does it actually work for corporate teams?

… is it the right experience for my team?

You’re right.

It isn’t the best fit for everyone. And no one wants to feel like they’ve wasted their investment.

That’s why we’ve created low stakes, cost effective one shots.

It’s the best way for you to try this experience with your team.

And if you decide it isn’t the best fit, that’s ok.

You’ll walk away from a fun experience that brought your team a little closer together by:

  • Challenging them in ways that differ from their day-to-day work

  • Allowing for new opportunities for creativity

  • Giving them a safe space to authentically connect

You may even find they discovered something new about themselves because that’s the beauty of D&D.

Curious about what this could look like for your team?

Our one shots are designed to be accessible for players regardless of experience level so you and your team can dive right into gameplay.

You’ll be immersed in an adventure where you set aside the stressors of work to authentically engage with your team.

By the end of your adventure, you and your team will:

  • Experience Synergy (We always strive to help every team experience at least one lightbulb moment.)

  • Express Genuine Appreciation for Each Other

  • Achieve Success as a Team

If this sounds more fun (and productive) than an afternoon of trivia…

Long abandoned by their rulers, the villages are haunted by the wounds of a long-dead king. There’s no limit to the number of spirits needing to be exorcized and secrets hidden by the townsfolk.

Not sure which is the best fit for your team?
  • How long do games take?
We understand your time is precious and would hate for you to choose between meeting deadlines or team building. That’s why our virtual sessions are only 3 hours from start to finish. Perfect timing to take a long lunch and return to work energized!
  • How much do these experiences cost?
The investment varies, and deposits are required to secure your dates. Check out our Services Page for more information.
  • I’m not sure if this kind of experience is best for my team, so I’m hesitant to invest in a campaign. What are my options?
First, we recommend setting up a free discovery call so you can chat one-on-one with our lead game master about your team’s needs. This will help you both decide if a tabletop gaming experience would be a good fit for your team. We offer one shots designed to get your team’s feet wet with gameplay and see if this kind of experience is right for them. If it is, we can easily turn the one-shot setting into a campaign for a seamless transition.
  • Most of my team is new(ish) to tabletop rpgs, and I’m worried about how complicated games can be. Is this experience geared toward them?
Yes! We understand that learning rules and roleplay can feel overwhelming. The role of your game master is to be your guide and facilitator throughout your journey. They put a focus on experiential learning and a judgment-free atmosphere. Simply put, there’s no need for players to deeply understand the rules and mechanics because your game master will meet the players at their proficiency levels. Their focus is not on strict rulings but on the players’ experience.
  • Do you have group-size requirements?
Players have the best experience in groups of 3 to 6. If your team is larger than 6 members, we’ll discuss options during our discovery call.
  • What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
A session can be canceled up to 72 hours in advance and rescheduled within the agreed-upon campaign length. For example, if your team purchases 5 sessions, a cancellation can be scheduled within the 2-month duration of the campaign. Sessions canceled with less than 72-hour notice will be charged 50% of that session's cost. For example, one session in a campaign canceled with less than 72-hour notice will still cost the company $750 for a $1500 session.
