I loved seeing the individual creativity of team members. If you’re interested in booking a team-building experience, I’d say do it! (But do the longer experience.)

-Patty S. Product Growth Manager, Meta
By choosing a campaign, you’re taking your team on a unique adventure designed to help them develop better communication and empathy, which leads to task chemistry.
And as they repeatedly practice task chemistry in-game, it will spill over into the workplace.
Soon you’ll start to notice improved engagement and productivity.
But our adventures aren’t about forcing these outcomes.
They’re about having fun in a safe environment. And the desired outcomes naturally follow.
We make that happen by:
-
Nurturing and rewarding creativity
-
Practicing acknowledgment and appreciation
-
Giving many opportunities for experiential learning
-
Teaching how to find the fun in failure and practicing how to fail forward
Sounds like the team you want to build?

Not sure which is the best fit for your team?
-
How long do games take?We understand your time is precious and would hate for you to choose between meeting deadlines or team building. That’s why our virtual sessions are only 3 hours from start to finish. Perfect timing to take a long lunch and return to work energized!
-
How much do these experiences cost? The investment varies, and deposits are required to secure your dates. Check out our Services Page for more information.
-
I’m not sure if this kind of experience is best for my team, so I’m hesitant to invest in a campaign. What are my options?First, we recommend setting up a free discovery call so you can chat one-on-one with our lead game master about your team’s needs. This will help you both decide if a tabletop gaming experience would be a good fit for your team. We offer one shots designed to get your team’s feet wet with gameplay and see if this kind of experience is right for them. If it is, we can easily turn the one-shot setting into a campaign for a seamless transition.
-
Most of my team is new(ish) to tabletop rpgs, and I’m worried about how complicated games can be. Is this experience geared toward them?Yes! We understand that learning rules and roleplay can feel overwhelming. The role of your game master is to be your guide and facilitator throughout your journey. They put a focus on experiential learning and a judgment-free atmosphere. Simply put, there’s no need for players to deeply understand the rules and mechanics because your game master will meet the players at their proficiency levels. Their focus is not on strict rulings but on the players’ experience.
-
Do you have group-size requirements?Players have the best experience in groups of 3 to 6. If your team is larger than 6 members, we’ll discuss options during our discovery call.
-
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?A session can be canceled up to 72 hours in advance and rescheduled within the agreed-upon campaign length. For example, if your team purchases 5 sessions, a cancellation can be scheduled within the 2-month duration of the campaign. Sessions canceled with less than 72-hour notice will be charged 50% of that session's cost. For example, one session in a campaign canceled with less than 72-hour notice will still cost the company $750 for a $1500 session.
